Get replaced your free cell phones

You want to get replaced your free cell phone for the following reasons: - lost your phone, dropped it, battery is weak or you hate your free cell phone services as they charge you for roaming, or you don't get the necessary network. Don't panic! If you are out or at the end of your contractual obligation, following some simple steps:

1. First of all you have to make a strong case and get some perfect reasons. Always remember that "Honesty is the best policy". But if you really feel they overcharged or loot you or you are just sick of your phone and get rid out of that, then you can move further.

2. First call your customer service center and say: "I'd like to cancel my account" -- even if you do not want to do, convince them any how, buy giving some meaningful reasons. This way is called bluffing and it is liable in a negotiation of this kind.

3. No free cell phone services will ever let you go from their hand so easily, they are too desperate for customers. They will ask for some particular reasons why you want to do so.

4. You have to say that: "I'm tired of that phone, I don't want to carry, I never liked the model, etc." Or you can say that: "I can't pay so mush over-charges that you are charging on me for this and that." Or you can say that it is getting too much costly and I can't afford it.

5. If the main reason is about over billing then they will argue with you and they will try to make you incorrect. At such condition you have to just get attached to your words and say "I don't think so but anyway, just cancel my account because I don't accept these overcharges."

But even if they offer a new free cell phone to you, make sure that to ask them for the correct fees and the call charges for the "free phone", then ask whether signing to new contract necessary and finally what is different in the new contract?

6. If the contract is for 2-years or more, then the right option is that cancel all the deals and firmly ask for account cancellation.
