to your words and say "I don't think so but anyway, just cancel my account because
I don't accept these overcharges." But
even if they offer a new free cell phone to you, make sure that to ask them for
the correct fees and the call charges for the "free phone", then ask whether signing
to new contract necessary and finally what is different in the new contract? 6.
If the contract is for 2-years or more, then the right option is that cancel all
the deals and firmly ask for account cancellation.
